Prints
RETURN POLICY Orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition. Please notify me by phone (209-642-3930) or email (sue@suzannepainter.com) and include your receipt for a credit card refund before the return. You are responsible for the shipping of the returned item(s) and shipping insurance, if applicable. Insure work for the full value with "tracking". Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. Credit issued will not include original or return shipping and insurance charges. I reserve the right to NOT accept a return and may require a repair fee if the item has been damaged. While my policy is firm for obvious reasons, I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure your experience with me is a positive one. I appreciate your business. |
